摘　　要：针对高校图书馆实行的藏借阅习一体化服务管理模式,提出了馆员应树立先进的理念,具有爱岗敬业的职业道德、熟练的业务技能和良好的身体素质与心理素质,努力做好图书馆的服务工作。In the light of the collecting-borrowing-reading-learning integrated management mode carried out in university library, this paper points out that the librarians should establish advanced ideological concept, cherish posts and devote wholeheartedly to work, possess skilled technical competencies, excellent physical and psychological qualities, and do the＇best to library＇ s service work.
