摘　　要：阐述了民办高校教师激励的现状,分析了民办高校激励方式不奏效的原因,探讨了民办高校建立有效的激励制度的措施。This paper expounds the present situation of the motivation of teachers in private colleges, analyzes the reasons why the motivation mode doesn＇t work in private colleges, and probes into the measures for establishing the effective motivation system in private colleges.
