摘 要:采用化学沉淀法制备出粒径约80nm的等轴状SrSO4粉体。选用ZrO2(3mol%Y2O3)-20wt%Al2O3(TZ3Y20A)陶瓷为基体,采用热压烧结法制备出TZ3Y20A-SrSO4陶瓷基复合材料,并对复合材料的组织结构和力学性能进行了研究。采用球盘式高温摩擦磨损试验机测定复合材料从室温到800℃的摩擦学性能。TZ3Y20A-SrSO4复合材料在室温至800℃范围内摩擦系数在0.31~0.42之间,磨损率为10-5mm3/Nm数量级。加入SrSO4后复合材料的磨损表面形成了一层润滑膜,有效地改善了其高温摩擦磨损性能。Equiaxed shape SrSO4 powder with a particle size of 80nm was synthesized by chemical precipitation method. ZrO2 (3mol% Y2O3 )- 20wt%Al2O3 (TZ3Y20A) ceramics was selected as the matrix. TZ3Y20A-SrSO4 ceramic matrix composites were fabricated by hot-pressing process. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the sintered specimens were investigated. The tribological properties of the composites from room temperature to 800℃ were studied by using a ball-on-disk high temperature wear tester. The friction coefficients of different TZ3Y20A- SrSO4 composites are in the range of 0.31 to 0.42 and the wear rates are in the order of 10^- 5 mm^3/Nm from room temperature to 800 ℃. A smooth SrSO4 lubricating film is formed on the worn surface of TZ3Y20A-SrSO4 composites, which hats distinctly improved the high-temperature friction and wear properties.
