摘  要:2Cr13马氏体不锈钢表面经激光熔覆Ni基及Ni+Cr3C2合金后,凝固组织呈现多相混合特征。Ni基合金涂层的凝固组织中观察到三种以γ-Ni为领先相的共晶区;Cr3C2粒子的加入及大部分的溶解,提高了激光熔池中的Cr、C含量,导致较多的碳铬和硼铬化合物的形成。不仅改变了Ni基合金涂层的微观组织结构,而且也改变了涂层合金的凝固过程。结合XRD,SEM和TEM技术分析了两种激光涂层的凝固组织特征及凝固过程。A heterogeneous solidification microstructure was formed on 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel by laser cladding Ni-based alloy and Ni + Cr3 C2 composite coatings. Three kinds of eutectic regions with prime phase (γ-Ni) were observed in the solidification structure of Ni-based alloy. The addition of Cr3 C2 particles and their most dissolution increase the content of Cr and C in the melt pool, thereby forming more carbon-chromium and boron-chromium compounds, which not only changes microstructure of the Ni-based alloy coatings, but also changes its solidification process. An analysis about microstructure and solidification process was performed by using XRD, SEM and TEM techniques.
