摘　　要：北京市医院细节文化建设总体状况良好,医患对细节文化在诊疗中的重要性有深入认识,对细节文化内容的认知基本正确、全面,医方在细节文化上基本能做到知行同一。但也存在一些需要改进的问题,如医生对细节文化的践行与患者的期望存在差距,医方对患方的真诚信任与合理欲求往往选择自保,医生依法行医的意识和水平有待提高等。The general stares on hospital＇ s detailed culture construetion in Beijing is in good condition. The doctors and patients thoroughly understand the importance of detailed culture in the process of therapy, and they fundamentally know what detailed culture is. Furthermore, the doctors can implement detailed cuhure with unity of knowing and doing. However, there are some issues need to be improved, such as the existence of the gap between the expectations of patients and the practices of doctors on the detailed culture. Facing patients＇ sincere trust and reasonable desire, doctors often choose to self preserving. The doctors＇ awareness to practice in law needs to be raised.
