高效液相色谱法测定珍菊降压片中盐酸可乐定的含量

摘　　要：目的:研究珍菊降压片中盐酸可乐定的定量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Kromonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:以0.22%辛烷磺酸钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.7)-乙腈-甲醇(65∶19∶16);检测波长:215nm。结果:线性范围为0.0164～0.328μg(γ=0.9999,n=5)。盐酸可乐定平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD=1.38%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于珍菊降压片的质量控制。Objective： An assay method was developed for the determination of Clonidine Hydrochloride in Zhenjujiangya Tablet by HPLC. Method： The analysis was performed on Kromonsil Cls（4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） column. Mobile phase：0. 22% Octane sulfonic acid sodium solution（ with phosphoric acid to pH 2. 7）- acetonitrile-methanol （65： 19：16 ）. Detection wavelength：215 nm; Resuits ： The linear range is 0. 016 4 - 0. 328 μg（γ = 0. 999 9, n = 5 ） ; relevent coeffiecient r = 1. 000 0 （ n = 5 ） ; The average recovery is 99.0%, RSD =1.38%. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of strychnine.
