基于OPC及工业以太网的iFIX与PLC的通信

摘　　要：结合组态软件与可编程逻辑器件(PLC)之间的通信实例,介绍了基于工业以太网及OPC技术的iFIX与PLC的通信原理及实现过程,以及相关技术的概念及特点。OPC全称是对象的链接和嵌入技术(OLE) for Process Control,该系统以KEPSe-rverEx作为OPC服务器,在西门子S7-300系列PLC与iFIX软件(OPC客户端)之间建立通信。工业以太网及OPC技术的应用,提高了通信的速度及系统的扩展性。实际运行表明,基于工业以太网及OPC技术的iFIX与PLC之间通信的稳定性。According to an actual communication between configuration software and PLC （programmable logic controller）, the principle and realization of the communication between iFIX and PLC based on industrial Ethernet and oPC is introduced, and the conceptions and characters of the related technique are introduced. The full name of OPC is OLE for process control, in this system, KEPServerEx is OPC server, it set up the communication between siemens S7-300 PLC and iFIX software （OPC client）. The application of the industrial Ethernet and OPC technology improve the rate of communication and the expansibility of system, the actual operating results show the reliability of communication between PLC and iFIX based on the industrial Ethernet and OPC.
