客车骨架随机应力实测分析及疲劳损伤计算

摘　　要：本文通过对客车骨架上六个大应力点，在不同工况下随机应力的实测，探讨骨架随机应力的各种统计特征与载荷、路面质量和车速的关系。同时按疲劳损伤理论计算骨架疲劳寿命。This paper studies the relation of several statistical characteristics of ther andom stress and load of carcase, the carcase, the speed and the pavement quality,by means of random stress experiment of bus carcase with six points of large stressunder different work state, and calculates the fatigue age of carcase according to the theory of cumulative damage in fatigue.
