乳突根治术患者围手术期临床护理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨乳突根治术患者围手术期临床护理方式及特点。方法对66例(71耳)乳突根治术后患者,进行了术前心理护理,术后对术耳愈合情况制定了护理措施。结果乳突根治术成功率94%,干耳时间3～9周,干耳率为93%,术后半年全部干耳。发生面瘫率为1.5%,再穿孔率1.4%,复诊率98%。结论通过对乳突根治术患者落实相应护理措施,减少了并发症的发生,提高乳突根治术的成功率,提高患者对医疗服务满意度。Objective To probe into the way and characteristie of the nursing of the patient during the perioperation period of radical mastoidectomy. Method Preoperative mentality care and postoperative nursing measures were used to 66 patients （71 operative ears）. Result The succeseful ratio of radical mastoidectomy is 94%, the ratio of dry ear is 93%, total postoperative patients have dry ear half-year .The incidence rate of facial paralysis was 1.5% and the incidence rate of reperforation is 1.4%. The ratio of re-examination is 98%. Conclusion The nursingmeasures used on the patients of radical mastoidectomy can reduce the complications and raise the ratio of radical mastoidectomy, even raise the satisfaction of the patient.
