中西医结合治疗成人支原体肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西药联合静脉注射治疗成人肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将临床确诊为肺炎支原体肺炎的患者80例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组分别常规使用阿奇霉素,治疗组加用热毒宁注射液,1次/d。结果治疗组治疗肺炎支原体肺炎退热时间、3个月时随访复发率与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),咳嗽消失时间、肺部ā音消失时间、X线吸收消散时间,治疗组均明显短于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液辅助阿奇霉素治疗成人肺炎支原体肺炎疗效良好,能缩短疗程。Objective To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicines intravenous treatment of adult mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia clinical efficacy. Methods Clinical diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumonia patients 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were the use of azithromycin conventional treatment group were heat-toxin injection, daily 1. Results The treatment group mycoplasma pneumonia fever time, 3 months follow-up of the relapse rate with the control group, no significant difference （P〉0.05）, cough disappearance time, pulmonary rale disappearance time, X-ray absorptiometry dissipation time, the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group, two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reduqing Injection Nanjing azithromycin in the treatment of adult mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia good effect, could shorten the course of treatment.
