摘 要:针对油田输油管道的配套加热设施比较分散,数据采集不及时,会导致故障发生时不能及时的预测、报警和处理等一系列的问题.本设计实现了一种将GPRS和嵌入式软硬件平台等技术融为一体的远程监控系统.该系统的远程数据传输采用了GPRS模块,在软件上采用无线数据传输与实时数据监控相结合,进行设备的实时在线管理.实现了管道加热器的状态参数检测和控制的自动化,提高了其监控管理水平.本系统所采用的GPRS无线网络数据传输有着比传统的有线监控数据传输方式稳定可靠、永远在线、价格低廉等诸多优势.In the lighr of supporting heating oil pipeline facilities rather scattered, data acquisition is not timely and would lead that to the fault can not be timely predicted, giring a warning as wellas a series of problems, this design will carry out a GPRS and embedded software and hardware platform for the integration of technologies such as remote monitoring system. The system of long-distance data transmission uses the GPRS module in the software, wireless data transmission and integration of real-time data monitoring, real-time management of the equipment. Thas we a chieve the status of the pipeline heater parameter detection and the control of the automation, monitoring and management to raise its level. The system used by the GPRS wireless network data is morestable and reliable than a traditional wired monitoring data transmission besodes,it is always-on, inexpensive, and has many other advantages.
