摘 要:研究了己酸与不同醇以及SnO用量对酯化反应的产率的影响.己酸与伯醇在2%molSnO催化剂存在下,酯产率约为78%.并将SnO与其他固体酸催化剂的催化效果作了对比,结果表明SnO是一种酸和醇酯化的优良催化剂.Capronic acid was esterified by primary, secondary alcohol and N,N-diethylamino- ethanol with 2 (mole)% stannous oxide(SnO) as catalyst. Yield in the case of primary alcohol was about 78%. Alcohol which is sensitive to mineral acid was esterified satisfactorily in the presence of SnO. For example, capronic acid reacted with N,N-diethylamino-ethanol(equimolar) over SnO catalyst in toluene heated to reflux for 3 h. The yield of (N,N-diethylamino) -ethyl caproate is 78.3%. The efficiency of the esterification catalyzed by SnO was as high as the case catalyzed by solid surper acid SO2-4/TiO_2 or heteropoly acid such as H_3PW_12O_40.
