两种方法治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效比较

摘　　要：目的研究不同的治疗方法对激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法200例患者随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(100例),观察组采用丹皮酚治疗,对照组采用传统的尿素霜治疗,比较两者的疗效。结果对照组治疗有效率为25%,治疗组治疗有效率为52%,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用丹皮酚治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎取得了满意的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the curative effect of different blue print on corticosteroid-dependent dermitis. Methods Two hundreds patients were divided into investigation group（100 cases） and health control group（ 100 cases）; the paeonal in investigation group,traditional method in control group,comparative efficacy of the two groups. Results The effective rate of therapy was 25% in control group and was 52% in investigation group, the results compared in significant defference（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion We treated corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis by paeonol with satisfied effect,which is worthy of clinically popularizing in obstetrics.
