摘　　要：目的探讨并分析重症急性坏死性胰腺炎的腹膜透析治疗的疗效。方法回顾分析3年来我院收治的重症急性坏死性胰腺炎患者30例,均采用内科保守治疗与早期应用腹膜透析治疗。结果30例患者未出现严重的并发症,疗效满意。结论腹膜透析方法简单、有效、安全,通过内科综合治疗及早期联合应用腹膜透析,提高了重症急性坏死性胰腺炎的治愈率、拓展了新的(我院)治疗方案,值得临床推广。Objective To study and analysis of severe acute necrotic pancreatitis the effect of peritoneal dialysis treatment. Methods 3 years in our hospital of severe acute necrotic pancreatitis patients with 30 cases, the use of internal medicine and Conservative treatment of early use of peritoneal dialysis treatment. Results 30 cases of patients with no serious complications, the effect of satisfaction. Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis method is simple, effective, safe and comprehensive treatment and medicine through the combination of early peritoneal dialysis, to improve the severe acute necrotic pancreatitis cure rate and expand a new（my hospital）treatment program, worthy to be popularized.
