摘　　要：企业实施B2B电子商务后,供应链运作效率得以提高,订单、库存、发货、付款的实时性和准确性得到改善。本文以B2B互联协议RosettaNet为例,讨论了B2B电子商务方式下电信供应商评价体系的建立,并阐述了B2B互联模式对供应商评估的重要意义。By leveraging the B2B data exchange technology, SCM effiency is promoted, and the accurity of order, inventory, shipping, payment is abviously improved. But the business value of the B2B data is not fully be used to make enterprise level decision. This article covers how to evaluate the telecommunication vendors in B2B mode. By integrating the architecture of supplies＇evaluation and RosettaNet standard PIPs, the author also emphasizes the importance of B2B mode to suppliers＇ evaluation and selections.
