唐山市1051名陶瓷工人健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解唐山市陶瓷工人健康状况及卫生服务需求现状,为相关部门编制卫生规划提供科学依据,同时也为企业职工卫生服务的开展提供理论基础。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取唐山市第二陶瓷厂和第九陶瓷厂共1 051人进行现场问卷调查。分析陶瓷工人健康状况及其影响因素。对资料进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果所调查的陶瓷工人两周患病率、慢性病患病率、两周卧床率和两周休工率分别为16.65%,1.43%,3.43%和4.09%。婚姻状况、接触铅和粉尘对陶瓷工人健康状况有显著影响。结论①陶瓷工人总体健康状况良好,医疗服务需求量低;②影响陶瓷工人健康状况的因素是婚姻状况、接触有害因素铅和粉尘。Objective To investigate the present health status of ceramics worker in Tangshan City and evaluate their needs for hygiene service and provide data for related department to draw up the hygiene programming. Methods Cluster sampling method was applied to collect subjects from the NO. 2 and the NO. 9 ceramics factory in Tangshan City. 1051 subjects completed the questionnaire on the spot. The data were analyzed using single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis Results The two - week prevalence rate,, prevalence rate of chronic diseases , the rate of two weeks in bed and the rate of two weeks off work were 16.65% ,1.43% ,3.43% and 4.09% respectively. Marital status , exposure to dust and lead have obvious adverse influence on the health of ceramics workers. Conelusion （1）The ceramics workers＇ health status are well generally and the demands for medical treatment service are low; （2）Factors that influence the healthy condition of ceramics worker are marital status and exposure to dust and lead.
