摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄妇女常见的内分泌失调性疾病,以月经紊乱、持续排卵障碍、雄激素分泌过多、卵巢多囊样等为特征。国外研究显示,PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗发生率为50%～70%,提示IR在PCOS的发病中扮演了重要角色。本文就多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的特点、发病机制及治疗进展进行综述。Polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） ,a common endocrine disorder,is characterized by menstrual disorder,persistent anovulation,hyperandrogenism and ovarypolycystion etc. Insulin resistance （IR）is associated with 50% - 70% PCOS patients in foreign research, Insulin resistance appear to underlie many of the endocrine features of PCOS in a large proportion of such patients. The features of Insulin resistance, mechanism and advance in treatment of PCOS are reviewed in this article.
