摘　　要：中草药成分复杂,治疗疾病是通过多层面、多靶点作用于人体的不同组织器官而显现疗效。川芎嗪注射液是从川芎中提取有效成分之一的酰胺类生物碱,以现代科学技术精制而成。临床应用证明,川芎嗪注射液对于因多种疾病而致心、脑、肺、肾等组织缺血缺氧有行气活血、扩血管、溶血栓、清除自由基、阻止钙通道、保护神经等作用。The component of chinese herbal medicine is complicate, the treatment is through the multi-faceted, muhi-target effect on the body＇s different tissues and organs, then appear the curative effect. Ligustrazine injection is refined by modem science and technology ,extracted from one active ingredient of ligustici as amide al- kaloids. Clinical application has proven that Ligustrazin injection has the effects of activating blood, vasodilation, thrombolytic,scavenging free radicals, preventing calcium channel, the protection of nerve to various diseases caused to ischemia and anoxaemia of heart, brain,lung, kidney and other organizations.
