摘　　要：目的对比分析AO钢板和交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效。为临床选择一个更好的治疗胫骨骨折的方法。方法把具有可比性的两组胫骨骨折分别采用AO钢板螺丝钉固定和交锁髓内钉固定,比较两组手术时间,出血量和治疗结果。结果两组手术时间、出血量及骨折愈合时间比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。手术效果及并发症发生情况比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折具有创伤小,出血少,有利于骨折愈合,显示了生物学固定的优越性,是目前较好的内固方法。Objective Comparative Analysis of AO plate and Interlocking nall in the treatment of tibial fractures. A better choice for the clinical treatment of tibial fractures. Methods comparable to the two sets of tibial fractures using AO plate and Interlocking nail in the treatment fixation,compared two groups of operating time, blood loss and treatment results. Results Two groups of operation time, blood loss and fracture healing time there was a significant differenee （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Surgical effects and complications, compared to the situation there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion intrameduilary nailing for tibial fractures with less trauma, less bleeding, and is conducive to fracture healing, demonstrating the superiority of the biologieal fixation,is in good solid method.
