摘 要:以源于中间偃麦草的八倍体小偃麦TAI7047为供体、感白粉病的普通小麦优质品种晋太170为受体,通过杂交、回交,从其BC1F4杂种后代中选育出小偃麦种质系CHadd7001和CHadd7002。形态学、细胞学观察结果表明,它们的主要形态性状介于双亲之间,根尖细胞染色体数目分别为2n=44。白粉病抗性鉴定结果表明,中间偃麦草,CHadd7001,CHadd7002及其供体亲本TAI7047对白粉病均免疫,而受体亲本晋太170则高感白粉病,说明其抗性可能均来源于中间偃麦草。In an attempt to transfer the resistance to powdery mildew into wheat from Thinopyrum species, two BC1F4-derived alien disomic addition lines, CHadd7001 and CHadd7002, were identified that were developed by crossing and backcrossing wheat-Th, intermedium partial amphiploid TAI7047 with common wheat cv. Jintai170. It was revealed from the observations of combination of cytology with morphology that the main morphological traits of these two addition lines were intermediate between their parents, with the chromosome number of 2n=44 in root tip cells. Resistance identification at the seedling and adult stages in greenhouse with the race E09 of Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici showed that both alien disomic addition lines had the resistance performance similar to their donor TAI7047, and were immune to powdery mildew, suggesting that their powdery mildew resistance probably derived from Th. intertrmedium.
