Effect of No.1 Jieyu Decoction on Contents of Blood Plasma NPY,SP and SS in Chronic Stress Depression Model Rats

摘  要:目的研究解郁1号对孤养加慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠血浆NPY、SP、SS含量的影响。方法将清洁级SD雄性大鼠60只随机分成正常组、模型组、西药组、中药组,每组15只。应用孤养加慢性应激方法造模,造模结束后尾静脉取血,放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血浆NPY、SP、SS含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组血浆NPY、SS显著降低(P<0.05),SP显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,中、西组NPY、SS水平明显上升(P<0.05,P<0.01),SP水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论血浆NPY、SS、SP水平变化与抑郁发病密切相关,降低血浆中NPY、SS水平升高SP水平可能是解郁1号有效抗抑郁作用机制之一。Objective To study the effect of No.1 Jieyu decoction on the contents of blood plasma NPY, SP and SS in chronic stress depression model rats with independent feeding. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (n=15), model group (n=15), Fluoxetine group (n=15), and Jieyu group (n=15), animal models were induced with independent feeding and chronic stress. The blood was collected from the tail vein of rats in each group to assay the contents of blood plasma NPY, SP and SS with radioimmunity method. Results Compared with normal group, the contents of blood plasma NPY, SP were significantly lower (P〈0.05), SP was significantly higher (P〈0.05) in model group. Compared with model group, the contents of blood plasma NPY, SP were significantly higher (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ), SP was significantly lower (P〈0.05) in Fluoxetine group and Jieyu group. Conclusion The level changes of blood plasma NPY, SP and SS are related to pathogenesis of depression. No. 1 Jieyu decoction mighe exhibit the effect of anti-depression through decreasing the levels of blood plasma NPY, SS and increasing the level of SP.
