摘  要:研究了不同含量的炭黑对电力电缆半导电屏蔽材料,即线性低密度聚乙烯/聚乙烯-辛烯弹性体/炭黑(LLDPE/POE/CB)复合体系的体积电阻率的影响,通过对经典逾渗公式的拟合确定了两次电逾渗的逾渗阈值,同时用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了不同炭黑含量的复合材料的断面形貌。利用旋转流变仪对复合材料的流变特性进行了考察,对不同炭黑含量的复合材料进行了密度和熔融指数测试。结果表明:复合体系的逾渗现象与炭黑粒子在聚合物中的分布状态有关,并且电逾渗现象会伴随着流变性能和密度的突变;LLDPE/POE/CB复合体系具有较高的导电性和较高的熔融指数,具有好的加工流动性。The effect of carbon black content on the volume resistivity of the semiconductive shielding material in power cables, i.e. linear low density polyethelene/polyethylene-octylene elastomer/carbon black (LLDPE/POE/ CB), was studied. Two electrical percolations were fitted with the classical percolation formula and the percolation thresholds were ascertained. On the other hand, the fractured surface morphology of the composites with different carbon black content was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The theological property of the composites was investigated with the rotary rheometer. The density and melt flow index of the composites with different carbon black content were measured. The results showed that the percolation of the composites related to the distribution of carbon black particles in the polymer and followed the mutation of theological property and density; that LLDPE/ POE/CB composites had high conductivity, melting index and good flowability for processing.
