摘 要:采用浸渍法制备Ni-Zn/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,用于二氧化氯催化氧化处理染料中间体H酸废水,研究废水初始pH、二氧化氯加入量、催化剂用量、反应时间和催化剂重复使用等因素对H酸废水TOC去除率的影响。最佳实验条件为:pH为中性偏碱性范围,V(二氧化氯):V(废水)=0.20,Ni-Zn/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的加入量为20 g·L^(-1),反应时间60 min,Ni-Zn/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂能连续使用7次而保持稳定的催化活性,对H酸废水的TOC去除率为75.94%,与单独化学氧化效果相比,TOC去除率提高了191%。Ni-Zn/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation and tested for catalytic oxidative treatment of H acid wastewater by chlorine dioxide. Effects of initial pH, quantity of chlorine dioxide, dosage of the catalyst, reaction time and repeated use of the catalyst on TOC removal rate for H acid wastewater were investigated. The optimal condition was obtained as follows: pH of neutral or slightly alkaline, V( ClO2 ) : V (wastewater) =0.20, Ni-Zn/γ-Al2O3 catalyst dosage of 20 g · L^-1 , reaction time 60 rain. Ni-Zn/γ-Al2O3 catalyst could be repeatedly used for seven times with stable catalytic activity and TOC removal rate of 75. 94%. TOC removal rate was enhanced by 191% compared with non-catalytic chlorine dioxide oxidation.
