摘 要:题示储层钻井液具有优异的抑制性和保护油层的效果。露头泥岩在3%聚胺UH IB海水溶液和加入3%聚胺的3%黏土浆中,在100℃滚动后的回收率均大于78%。弱凝胶无固相生物聚合物钻井液PRD中加入2%-4%聚胺后,露头泥岩100℃滚动后的回收率从60.25%升至89.63%-94.75%,100℃滚动前后的流变性和滤失量基本上不受影响。加入3%聚胺的该钻井液的性能,在加入最高达15%的粒度在60目以下的膨胀性钻屑后变化较小。该聚胺钻井液在60-110℃滚动后,流变性和API滤失量保持稳定。报道了该PRD钻井液的配方。The tiffed polyamine drill-in fluid is excellent in inhibitory performance an in protection reservoir formations. In 3% polyamine UHIB seawater solution and in 3% bentonite seawater mud treated by 3% UHIB ,the percentage recovery of an outercp shale sample after rolling at 100℃ was of 〉 78%. Introducing 2%--4% UHIB into a weakly gelled solid free biopolymer fluid of given composition raised the percentage recovery of the outerop shale from 60. 25% to 89. 63%--94. 75% ,had no negative influence on its rheologie and filtrate loss before and after rolling at 100℃. The behavior of this fluid treated by 3% UHIB changed very slightly when up to 15% sweUable cuttings of particle size 〈 60 mesh introduced. This pelyamine treated PRD drill-in fluid kept satisfactory rheologie characteristics and API filtrate loss after rolling at 60--110℃.
