摘 要:考察了固态生物酶破胶剂HSW-L对油气层钻进用弱凝胶无固相生物聚合物海水钻井液(PRD钻井液)的破胶性能。实验方法有直接加入法、等量海水稀释法及破胶液浸泡泥饼法,前二种方法测定由600读值计算的破胶率,后一种方法测定泥饼溶解率。HSW-L的最佳破胶条件为:pH值6,加量2%,温度60-80℃,时间9小时。HSW-L在60℃放置30天,在50℃冷藏,加入2%和34%KCl、1.5%助排剂HTW、0.5%储层保护剂HRT、1.5%HTW+0.5%HRT,在PRD钻井液中加入10%钻屑制成滤饼,破胶液配制后放置5小时,滤饼偏酸性、偏碱性或为中性,均不影响HSW-L的破胶性能。原油对破胶略有影响,加入20%原油使破胶率由65.08%降至61.11%。HSW-L的储存、运输、使用性能均满足海上油田中温水平井PRD油气层钻井液的破胶要求。The gel breaking capability of enzyme gel breaker HSW-L applied to weakly gelled solid free biopolymer drilling-in fluid known as PRD drill-in fluid was investigated by the ways of introducing directly, diluting with equal volume of seawater and iron,ring fdter cakes in gel breaking solution(GBS). The quantity determined by the 1st and the 2nd methods was gel breaking rate(GBR) calculated from Ф600 readings and that by the 3rd method -- percent substances dissolved in the GBS. The optimal conditions of gel breakdown by HSW-L was established: pH 6, dosage 2%, temperature 60---80℃ and time duration 9 ,hrs. It was shown that the gel breaking efficiency of HSW-L was not negatively affected by standing of HSW-L at 60℃ over 30 days and of GBS at amhient temperature in 5 hrs,storage of HSW-L at 5℃ ,introducing into the test mixtures 2% and 34% KCl,1.5% flowback aid HTW,0. 5% reservoir protecting agent HRT,and 1.5% HTW +0. 5% HRT,10% cutting added to the PRD fluid for filter cakepreparing,and using acidic,neutral or alkaline filter cakes. Crude oil exerted slight negative influence on gel breakdown and the GBR was dropped down from 65.08% to 61.11% when 20% crude oil was introduced. HSW-L can meet the requirements for breaking PRD drill-in fluid in medium temperature horizontal wells at offshore oil fields in aspects of storage, transportation and performance properties.
