摘  要:针对地层温度75℃的新疆油田石南21井区中孔低渗油藏,研发了地下成胶的一种聚合物凝胶调剖剂。通过组分用量筛选,确定现场施工用调剖剂配方为:丙烯酰胺,2%;甲叉双丙烯酰胺,2.5%;改性剂,800 mg/L;引发剂,20-50 mg/L。该调剖剂26℃时黏度为1.1mPa.s,易泵送易注入,75℃成胶时间≥4小时,形成的凝胶黏度〉5.0 Pa.s。在渗透率7.2×10^-3μm^2的储层岩心中,注入压力约2.0 MPa,成胶后堵塞率为97.6%,突破压力超过8 MPa。该剂可抗5%CaCl2,形成的凝胶75℃下放置30天不破胶。在一口注水井试用该剂调剖,使注水压力由3.5 MPa升至6.0 MPa。An in-situ gelling fluid as profile modificator SN21 was developed aimed at medium porosity and low permeability oil reservoir in Shinan-21 district of Xingjiang oil fields with formation temperature 75℃. Through composition screening experiments a working recept of the gelling fluid for field jobs was established:acrylamide, 2% ;methylene bisacrylamide,2.5% ;behavior improver, 800 mg/L;polymerization initiator,20---50 mg/L. This gelling fluid was resistant to 5% CaCl2 solution,had a viscosity of 1.1 mPa.s at 26℃ ,possessed good pumpability and injectivity, formed gel of viscosity 〉 5.0 Pa. s at 75℃ in ≥4 hrs, which kept stable without breakdown at 75℃ in 30 days. In a reservoir core of permeability 7. 2 ×10 ^-3 μm^2 the injecting pressure of the gelling fluid was about 2. 0 MPa,the plugging rate by the gelled fluid was of 97.6%, the breakthrough pressure was of 〉 8. 0 MPa. In a trial use of the gelling fluid in an injection well the water injecting pressure was raised from 3.5 to 6.0 MPa.
