摘 要:针对大港南一站含水混合原油(油温45-50℃),从5种商品破乳剂中筛选出了最佳破乳剂KYST-09A,根据红外分析,该剂为烷基酚起始的脂肪族聚醚。KYST-09A 50℃下破乳脱水速度快,脱水率高,破乳性评分DV值435;40℃时破乳脱水效果依然良好;最佳加量为10 mg/L,加量再增大时破乳脱水效果下降;50℃下加量为10 mg/L时,分离出的净化油含水0.6%,脱出水含油5.64 mg/L。用滴体积法测定了40℃时3种模型油(原油、胶质、沥青质的甲苯溶液)与破乳剂水溶液之间的界面张力,加入KYST-09A使油水界面张力迅速下降,浓度达到10 mg/L后即大体不变,特别是原油模型油。认为破乳脱水效果与破乳剂加量关系,与界面张力与破乳剂浓度关系有一致性,破乳剂最佳加量对应于界面张力曲线的拐点。Demulsifier KYST-09A was screened from 5 commercial demulsifiers for watercut crude oil(of temperature 45—50℃) of the 1st southern Dagang gathering station S-1,being chemically an alkyl phenol initiated aliphatic polyether as shown by IR data.With KYSY-09A used at 50℃,high demulsification/dehydration speed and high dehydration rate were observed and a demulsification value(DV) of 434 was determined;good demulsification/dehydration efficiency(DDE) was reached at 40℃,too;its optimal dosage was of 10 mg/L and at higher dosages the DDE dropped down;at KYST-09A dosage 10 mg/L at 50℃,the water content in the oil spearated was of 0.6% and the oil content in the water separated was of 5.64 mg/L.The interfacial tension at 40℃ between 3 model oils,crude,its resin and asphaltene solutions in toluene,and aqueous KYST-09A solution was determined by using droplet volume method,appeared to decrease fast with increasing KYST-09A concentration and became practically unchanged at KYST-09A concentration ~10 mg/L,particularly,in the case of crude solution in toluene.It is considered that the relationship DDE-demulsifier dosage must be in agreement with the relationship interfacial tension-demulsifier concentration and the optical demulsifier dosage is located at the inflection point of the interfacial tension curve.
