摘  要:一般深部调剖剂用于聚合物驱后油藏时,进一步提高采收率的效果不甚理想。所研发的深部调剖剂STJ-6为可固化酚醛树脂水溶液,填充以10%膨润土、粉煤灰、石英砂等固体。该剂地面黏度低,可泵性好,在地层温度下可与地层内残留聚合物反应并自身交联而形成凝胶。该剂在石英砂填砂管和胶结岩心中于50℃固化后,堵塞率大于99%,突破压力梯度大于45 MPa/m,经50 PV注入水冲刷后,50℃老化180小时后,在90 g/L的盐水中堵塞率不变,在180 g/L盐水中堵塞率有所下降。在水驱—聚驱—水驱—深部调剖—水驱平板模型实验中,聚合物凝胶深部调剖和STJ-6深部调剖使聚驱后采收率分别增加11.53%和34.21%。在孤东油田聚驱后油藏3口注入井用STJ-6实施深部调剖,对应8口油井产液、产油量增加,含水除1口油井外均下降。Common indepth profile modificators(IDPMs) are less effective for further enhancing oil recovery in postpolymerflooded reservoirs.The newly developed IDPM,STJ-6,is a curable phenolic resin in aqueous solution filled with 10% solid materials such as bentonite,fly ash,and quartz.It has low surface viscosity and good pumpability and,being injected into the aimed zones,can react with remainded in reservoir formations polymer and crosslink by itself to form a gel under reservoir conditions.In quartz sand packs and cemented cores,cured at 50℃ IDPM STJ-6 creates strong blockages with plugging rate 〉99% and breakthrough pressure 45 MPa per meter blockage in depth;the plugging rate keeps unchanged after flush by 50 PV injection water or ageing at 50℃ over 180 hrs;the blockages resist to 90 g/L salt water and become slightly weaker in 180 g/L salt water.In waterflood(WF)—polymerflood—WF—indepth profiling—WF experiments on platelike models,an enhancement in oil recovery of 11.53% and 34.21% is observed by using a polymer gelling fluid and STJ-6 as IDPM,respectively.The indepth profile modification treatments with STJ-6 are conducted in 3 injection wells at Gudao reservoirs after polymer flood finished and have resulted in increasing fluid and oil productivity in all 8 connected oil wells and in reducing watercut in the all but one wells.
