摘 要:针对蒙古林严重非均质层状普通稠油油藏,在各种物理模型上研究了可动凝胶的调驱作用。实验用原油38℃密度0.8878 g/cm^3,黏度255.4 mPa.s。可动凝胶由800 mg/L聚合物(北京恒聚EORPAM-4)和17.8 mg/L羧酸铬乳液在清水中配成。并联双管模型水驱至含水98%后注入0.2 PV可动凝胶,再水驱时高渗管(2.58μm2)产液量大幅下降,采出程度有所增大,低渗管(0.151μm^2)产液量和采出程度大幅上升。在仿真微观模型上观测到了可动凝胶堵塞大孔道,扩大波及范围,残余油向出口富集等现象。在直径5 cm、长87.21 cm、水测渗透率0.639μm^2的长填砂管中,注入0.3 PV可动凝胶及后续注水初期注入压力迅速升高,此后缓慢下降并稳定在较高水平,原油采收率提高6.6%。从2002年开始到2008年6月,在蒙古林油田先后开展了可动凝胶调驱先导试验、扩大试验、Ⅰ区推广、工业推广,预计提高采收率4.18%-5.14%。讨论了可动凝胶的生产特征:注入压力上升,转注水后趋于稳定;堵塞大孔道;注采剖面调整。The flowing gel profiling/flooding was studied through physical modelling experiments,aimed at layered common heavy crude oil reservoir of severe inhomogeneity in Monggulin.The crude oil used had density of 0.8878 g/cm^3 and viscosity of 255.4 mPa·s at 38℃.The flowing gel was prepared in a fresh water from an HPAM polymer,Beijing Hengju's EORPAM-4,of concentration 800 g/L and an emulsified chromium carboxylates of 17.8 mg/L.On a set of paralell sandpacks water flooded to 98% watercut,0.2 PV of flowing gel was injected and then water flood was started again and caused a significant decrease in fluid productivity and a slight inhancement of oil recovery in the sandpack of higher permeability of 2.58 μm^2 and a significant increase in both fluid productivity and enhancement in oil recovery in the sandpack of lower permeability of 0.151 μm^2.Big water passages plugged by flowing gel,enlarged sweeping areas and residual oil richened towards outlet were observed in simulation micromodelling experiments.In experiments on tubular sandpacks 5 cm in diameter,87.21 cm long and of water permeability 0.639 μm^2,the injecting pressure rose fast in the course of gel injection and at the initial stage of successive water flooding,lowered slowly later and levelled out finally and an enhancement in oil recovery of 6.6% was obtained.From 2002 to June 2008,a pilot,an enlarged trial,an areal industrial project and a large scale industrial project of flowing gel profiling/flooding were performed at Monggulin oil field with a designed enhancement is oil recovery in range 4.18-5.14%.The performance of the flowing gel profiling/flooding was discussed:injecting pressure raise and levelling-out;plugging big water passages;and injectivity and productivity profile modification.
