摘  要:室内实验研究中使用黏度相近、聚合物浓度相同(0.7 g/L)的聚合物溶液和聚合物铝凝胶(CDG)。在高、中、低并联三岩心模型上,水驱之后注入0.4 PV聚合物(溶液)或0.2 PV CDG+0.1 PV聚合物,然后恢复水驱。岩心分流率曲线表明,聚驱的调剖作用出现在注聚期间,后续水驱开始后减弱并消失,注CDG后出现的调剖作用,在后续水驱时保持并不断增强。模型注入压力在注聚时和后续水驱初期大幅升高,之后迅速下降至初始值以下;注CDG时注入压力升幅较小,后续水驱时短期下降之后持续升高并维持在最大注入压力之上。CDG驱提高采收率34.36%,比聚驱高7.36%,特别是CDG驱使低渗岩心采收率提高56.47%,聚驱的相应值为29.73%。详细对比分析了大庆北一区断西区块已完成的聚合物驱项目和尚未完全结束的CDG调驱项目中的注入压力、吸液指数、产液指数、含水率、聚合物采出浓度,讨论了注入规律、剖面调整、扩大波及体积、生产周期、含水率变化及驱油效率,认为CDG调驱效果好于聚驱,生产周期较长(10年和6年),采收率增值高1.6%,采出程度高4%DO IP,化学剂注入量少20%。Polymer solution(PS) and colloidal dispersion gel(CDG) of similar viscosity,20—22 mPa·s at 45℃,and equal polymer concentration,0.7 g/L,were used in the laboratory study.On a heterogeneous physical model composed of high,medium,and high permeability cores in paralell,having been water flooded,0.4 PV of PS or 0.2 PV of CDG+0.1 PV of PS were injected and followed by successive water flood(SWF).The partial flow curves showed that the indepth profile modification(IDPM) was created in the course of PS injection,weakened and fast ceased in the course of SWF meanwhile the IDPM appeared in the course of CDG injection was maintained enhanced continuously.The injecting pressure in the whole model significantly increased in the course of PS injection and at the early stage of SWF and the decreased below the initial value;the CDG injecting pressure increased moderately,decreased shortly and continuously increased above the highest value reached in the course of SWF.The enhancement in oil recovery(EiOR) by CDG flood was of 34.36%,that is,by 7.36% higher than that by polymer flood and,in particular,the EiOR in low permeability core was of 56.47% for CDG flood and 29.36% for polymer flood.A finished polymer flood project and a nearly completed CDG flood project in Duansi block,N-1 district,Daqing,were analyzed and compared comprehensively in aspects of injecting pressure,injectivity and productivity indexes,watercut,and concentration of polymer in produced water and a discussion was given to changes in injectivity,injectivity profile modification,sweeping volume enlargement,period of oil production,changes in watercut,and oil displacement efficiency.It was concluded that CDG flood was more effective than polymer flood in longer period of oil production of ~10 years against ~6 years,higher EiOR by 1.6%,higher percent recovery by 4% OOIP,and less chemical(s) injected by 20%.
