摘 要:为掌握甲醇-电的多联产系统中循环比对运行煤耗量的影响,计算分析了串联运行方式和串并联运行方式下,对于一定的甲醇生产量和供电功率,采用不同循环比时的系统能耗,得出了系统节煤量随系统供电功率、甲醇生产量和循环比的变化关系。分析了各种运行方式下存在最佳循环比的原因和影响最佳循环比大小的主要因素,更明确地指出了甲醇-电的多联产系统较分别能量生产系统节能的根本原因,为甲醇-电的多联产系统运行的节能降耗提供了理论依据。In order to master the relationship between recycle ratio and the amount of coal consumptions in methanol-electric polygeneration system, the system energy consumption of different recycle ratio was calculated and analysed with the certain condition of methanol production output and electric power in series-operation and in series-parallel operation mode separately. The calculation draws the relationship between the amount of coal saving in system and electric power consumption, the amount of methanol production and recycle ratio. The reasons of the existing optimum recycle ratio and the influential factors of the optimum recycle ratio were analysed, and the basic reasons for energy saving in methanol-electric polygeneration system were clearly pointed out, compared with the respective energy production system. It can offer theoretical basis for optimum operation of methanol-electric polygeneration system.
