摘  要:气相氨氧化法生产间苯二甲腈存在产品纯度低、废水排放量大等问题。文中在实验研究的基础上,从溶剂的溶解特性及结晶提纯效果出发,筛选出了以乙醇和水的复合溶剂为间苯二甲腈的结晶溶剂,通过加热溶解、降温结晶、离心过滤及溶剂回收等工艺过程,精制后的间苯二甲腈纯度(质量分数)可达99.5%以上,满足了国际市场的要求,废水排放量也由每1 000 kg产品40 000 kg降至1 100 kg。Isophthlonitrile (IPN) production based on gas-phase ammoxidation method has some problems such as lower purity of product and large amount of wastewater discharge. Based on the experimental research and from the viewpoint of the properties of solubility, crystallization and purification, ethanol-water composite solvent was selected as crystallization solvent of IPN through the processes of dissolution by heating, crystallization by centrifugal comes up 40000 kg cooling, filtration and solvent recovered, etc., the mass fraction of IPN purified can be over 99.5%, which to the demand of international market, and the capacity of wastewater discharge is reduced from to 1 100 kg per 1 000 kg of the product.
