摘　　要：近年,水利信息化发展迅速,水利信息化综合体系逐步建立,累计建成了大量的信息系统,发挥了重要作用,产生了良好效益。2006年8月,《水利信息系统运行维护定额标准》开始编制,2008年9月通过水利部审查。该标准的颁布实施必将有效规范信息系统的运行维护工作,促进水利信息化工作健康有序发展,相关部门应提高认识,确保标准尽快发挥实效。Recent years, fast development has been seen in comprehensive information system establishment, which adds up more information systems for water management in China and plays a key role by generating great benefits. In August 2006, the Quota Criteria for Water Information System Operation and Maintenance started preparation and passed check and acceptance of the Ministry of Water Resources in September 2008. The promulgation of the criteria is beneficial for the regulation of operation and maintenance of information systems and healthy development of informationization in the water sector, which should be highlighted and effectively implemented by the relevant department.
