摘  要:给出黏弹性流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的控制方程、平均流量计算公式以及数值计算方法;利用视为黏弹性流体的质量分数为0.125%的HPAM水溶液,对其在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流的平均流量进行数值计算和实验.结果表明,环空偏心度对平均流量影响较大,内管冲程和冲次对平均流量的影响不大;数值计算得到的平均流量与实验测得的平均流量吻合较好,可以认为所给控制方程、平均流量公式以及数值计算方法正确.The governing equation of the unsteady flow of a viscoelastic fluid in eccentric annulus with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially,and the expression of average flow rate are introduced.Based on numerically solving the governing equation by finite volume method,the average flow rate of the unsteady flow of HPAM aqueous solution,which can be regarded as a viscoelastic fluid,in eccentric annulus with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially,is numerically calculated,using the expression of average flow rate.The relative curves between average flow rates and pressure gradients are plotted;the influences of eccentricity of the annulus and stroke and frequency of the inner cylinder on the average flow rate are analyzed.The result shows the influence of eccentricity of the annulus on the average flow rate is obvious,and with the pressure gradient increasing,the influence becomes more obvious;the influences of the stroke and frequency of the inner cylinder are not obvious;the influence of elasticity on the average flow rate is obvious.Through experimental research,the governing equation,the expression of average flow rate and the method of calculation presented in this paper are all testified to be correct.
