摘　　要：自2001年底中国正式加入世界贸易组织以来,安徽农业对外开放全面发展,农产品贸易规模持续扩大,农业利用外资成效显著,对外科技交流与多边、双边合作不断扩大,农业对外开放取得了令人瞩目的成就,已经成为带动全省农业经济发展的重要力量。在新的世界经济背景下,安徽农产品对外开放也面临许多深层次的问题。分析了安徽农业对外开放的现状,以及进一步开放存在的问题,提出了促进农业对外开放的对策建议。Since China＇ s entry into the World Trade Organization at the end of 2001, the opening up of Anhui＇ s agriculture has developed in an all-round way, the scale of the trade in agricultural products has continued to increase, the utilization of foreign capital in agriculture has been remarkable, the scientific and technological exchanges with multilateral and bilateral cooperation have been expanding, much achievements have been obtained in the opening up of Anhui＇ s agriculture, which has played an important role in motivating the economic development of Anhui＇ s agriculture. Under the new world economic background, the opening up of agricultural products in Anhui Province is also faced with a number of deep-seated problems. The present opening-up situation of Anhui ＇ s agriculture and the existing problems were analyzed. And some policy proposals for promoting ＂the opening-up of agriculture were put forward.
