摘　　要：近年来由于水产品质量安全事件不断发生,使得消费者对水产品的质量安全要求增加。水产养殖过程中的投入品、水质等会影响水产品的安全性,本文提出了水产品质量安全信息服务策略来提升高水产品质量安全。In recent years,various problems concerning seafood safety have occurred,which have raised the increased demands of seafood quality safety for consumers.The input products and water quality in the aquaculture process would affect the safety of aquatic products.The aquatic products quality safety information service strategies for enhancing the aquatic products quality safety were put forward.
