摘　　要：湖北省既有居住建筑普遍存在热工性能差、能耗大的问题。通过对孝感地区气候特征、既有居住建筑外围护结构热工性能以及当前湖北省既有居住建筑实行节能改造存在的问题进行了分析,提出了对既有住宅建筑的节能改造策略与方法。The existing housing architecture in Hubei Province has the problems of bad thermal working and great energy consumption.The climate characteristics of Xiaogan Region,the thermal properties of the external structure of the existing housing architecture and the existing problems of implementing energy-saving transformation on the existing housing architecture in Hubei Province were analyzed.Some energy-saving transformation strategies and methods in the existing residential architecture were proposed.
