摘　　要：对20世纪90年代之后的西方园林设计理论与实践进行了综合研究,从艺术、生态、文化、技术4个方面来概括其设计类型,进一步概括其常用的构图形式和设计风格。笔者认为这4种类型的设计思想偏重点各不相同:艺术思想可作为园林设计形式的资料库;生态思想可作为设计的科学依据;历史文化思想可作为设计的精神源泉;工程技术可作为实现园林艺术的手段。The theories and practices of modern western landscape design since 1990s were studied.The design types were reviewed from 4 aspects of art,ecology,culture and technology.Then its common composition forms and design style were summarized.It was thought that the emphases of the four types were different.The art ideas could be used as the database of the garden design forms.The ecology ideas could be used as the scientific foundation for the design.The history and culture ideas could be taken as the spirit sources of the design;The engineering technology could be used as the realization means of garden arts.
