摘 要:以乙醇等有机溶剂作为溶剂和还原剂,在不锈钢反应釜中于不同的反应温度还原Ni(Ac)2·4H2O制备了金属镍粉。X射线衍射分析(XRD)结果显示,极性大的有机溶剂能诱导六方紧密堆集(hcp)镍的生成,当溶剂的极性大于4.3时,在250~280℃左右的温度下有六方镍的生成;而当溶剂的极性小于4.3时,在200~400℃范围内反应生成的镍粉均为面心立方(fcc)结构。利用同种溶剂制备的镍样品,为六方和立方两相的混合物时,样品的饱和磁化强度、剩磁相对较小,而矫顽力相对较大。Nickel powders with different crystal structure were obtained by chemical reduction of Ni(Ac)2·4H2O using organic solvent as solvent and reducing agent in a stainless steel autoclave. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD results show that hexagonal close-packed (hcp) Ni could be induced by organic solvents with high polarity. The hcp Ni was produced in the as-prepared sample at reaction temperature of 250-280℃ when the polarity of organic solvent is above 4.3. Only face-centered cubic (fcc) phase nickel was obtained at reaction temperature of 200-400℃ when the polarity of solvent is under 4.3. To the as-prepared sample synthesized with the same solvent, the mixture of fee and hcp has relatively low saturation magnetization and remanent magnetization, but the coercivity is high.
