摘  要:对本钢环宇预烧料BHY-4.2的湿压产品实验,得到二次添加剂CaCO3、H38O3、SiO2对样品性能的影响规律,得到了一个较优良的二次配方。选用此配方进行干压实验,发现樟脑不宜直接加入干粉中,需要溶于酒精,配成溶液再加入。硬脂酸钙对干压样品的性能影响很大,其适宜的加入量在0.6wt%-1.0wt%之间。依据确定的二次配方和黏合剂、润滑剂使用量,最终制得了性能达到日本TDK公司FB3N水平的样品。用X射线衍射(XRD)研究了其中两样品的物相结构,测出了样品的比饱和磁化强度σ=71.6A·m^2/kg。By wet-press experiment on the pre-sintered Sr-ferrite powder BHY-4-2, a suitable proportionment of second additives was determined, based on the dependence of magnetic performance of the samples on the second additives. Dry-press experiment was carded out with this proportionment of the additives. We educe that the camphor is not suitable to be added directly to dry powder, it must he dissolved in ethanol and then was added to dry powders. Also we found that the calcium stearate has notable influence on the property of dry-pressed samples, and its suitable supplemente quantity is in range of 0.6wt% to 1.0wt%. As a result of above experiments, a series of high magnetic performance samples have been prepared, with an equivalent magnetic performance to the level of TDK FB3N. Finally the phase composition of two samples was analyzed by XRD, and the specific saturation magnetization of σ = 71.6 A·m^2/kg of one sample was determined by VSM.
