摘 要:采用回流合成法和减压蒸馏提纯工艺制备了高纯油酸酰胺,进而利用拉曼光谱对其作为碳钢缓蚀剂的缓蚀行为进行研究。对比在含有缓蚀剂的腐蚀液和空白腐蚀液中浸泡后钢片的拉曼光谱,发现其在200、700和1200cm-1附近出现了新的峰。由此得出结论:钢片在含有油酸酰胺缓蚀剂的腐蚀液中浸泡后,在其表面通过化学吸附作用生成了新的化学键,进而形成保护膜,发挥缓蚀作用。此外,通过自腐蚀电位的测试分析,对该缓蚀行为进行了佐证。Oleic acid amide with high purity had been synthesized via regurgitation method and decompressed distillation process. It was applied as the corrosion inhibitor of mild steel,and the inhibiting behavior was investigated by Raman spectrum. Based on the comparison between the Raman spectra of steels which had been dipped into the pure corrosion solution or the inhibitor-added one, it was found that some new peaks appeared at ca. 200,700 and 1200 cm^-1. Accordingly, it was indicated that some chemical bonds would be formed on the surface of steel through chemical adsorption during the dipping process in corrosion solution with oleic acid amide inhibitor. The formed film would protect the steel against the corrosion solution effectively. Furthermore,the inhibiting behavior proposed above was confirmed by the investigation on self-corroding electric potential.
