摘　　要：介绍了含锰量18%～20%的贫软锰矿、硫铁矿与硫酸反应直接浸取制备硫酸锰溶液,经深度净化后,再与天然净化碱卤合成制备高纯碳酸锰的工艺过程和技术条件,产品质量符合标准要求,锰的浸出率达到95%,总合成收率达到90%以上。The production procedure of manganese sulfate solution is presented. The soft manganese ore containing manganese of 18%-20% and pyrite react with sulfuric acid to produce the manganese sulfate solution. The process and technical conditions of synthetic production of the manganese carbonate pure after deep purification and trona solution are discussed.The product quality meets the needs of standards, the leaching rate of manganese reaches 95% and total synthetic recovery is above 90%.
