摘 要:多级脉冲射孔技术利用两级推进剂燃爆时产生峰值不连续的高温、高压气流,形成多级脉冲多次冲击射孔孔眼前沿的裂缝使其有效延伸至地层深处,较单独的射孔更能有效的增大油层向井眼的泄流面积,增加油气产量。通过6m水泥靶的地面射孔试验、P-T测试和多口井的现场应用及井下鹰眼检测,证明该技术不但能形成理想的多级脉冲,延缝半径可达3m以上,而且射孔枪和套管无损伤,对油井增产效果显著。Multistage pulse deep-penetration perforation technology creates multistage pulses,which shock the fractures near the perforations again and again,and thus force the fractures to extend into the reservoir further by using discontinuous high temperature and high pressure gas blast produced from two stage explosion of propellant.It can increase more efficiently the drainage area,through which the oil flows to the well from reservoir better than routine perforation,and so increase the productivity of the well.Perforation experiment for 6m thick cement target in surface,P-T testing,and application of this technology in field verified that this technology can create ideal multistage pulses,that the length of fractures can extend longer than 3m,that perforation gun and casing will not be damaged;and that the productivity of the tested well is increased greatly.
