摘　　要：天津钢管公司Φ460mmPQF机组是当今世界上最大的热连轧管生产机组,代表了世界上最先进的工艺设计和过程控制水平。介绍该连轧管机组的设计能力,生产的主要的产品规格、品种,工艺流程。对在线测量系统、穿孔机、连轧机的技术参数及伺服压下控制系统等设备特点及控制进行了论述。TheΦ460 mm PQF Mill of Tianjin Pipe Corporation, the biggest mandrel pipe hot rolling mill worldwide contemporarily, represents the most advanced process design and process control level in the world.The paper introduces the designed capacity of the said mill,the main product specifications and varieties and the process flow;discusses the technical parameters of on-line measurement system,piercer and mandrel pipe mill,and the feature and control of the controlling system for servo screwdown system.
