摘 要:为了提高涤纶的染色性能,采用空气等离子体对涤纶织物进行处理。通过实验研究处理时间及放电距离对涤纶织物染色性能的影响,选用红、黄、蓝三原色分散染料对处理前后的涤纶织物进行染色。结果表明,最佳工艺为3 mm、5 s,处理后涤纶织物的上染率大幅度提高,色泽增深。SEM分析表明,织物处理后纤维表面有等离子体刻蚀的纵向沟痕。这些沟痕提高了染料的吸附量和上染率。PET fabric was treated by air plasma for the dying improvement. The effects of treatment time and the discharge distance on the dying of the fabric were determined. The results showed that the optimal process were 3 mm discharge distance and 5 s discharge time. When the red, yellow and blue disperse dyes were respectively used to dye the plasma treated PET fabrics, the dyeing rate of PET fabric was found to greatly improved comparing with the untreated. The SEM analysis also showed that the fiber surfaces have some longitudinal channels by plasma treatment, which improved the dyes uptake and dyeing rate.
