铬铁合金厂固体废弃物的特性及处理技术

摘　　要：铬铁合金厂固体废弃物包括炉渣和尘泥,其中含有锌、铬、铁等有价元素,同时也含有大量的重金属离子,如六价铬等。有效回收其中的有价组分对资源利用和环境保护都具有重要意义。介绍了铬铁合金厂固体废弃物的理化特性,并总结了回收或利用固体废弃物中有价组分的工艺。The solid wastes in the ferrochromium plant include slag and dust or slurry. It contains valuable elements of zinc, chromium and iron as well as significant levels of heavy metals, such as Cr（Ⅵ） . Therefore, it is meaningful to resource utilization and environment protection to efficiently recovery the valuable components in these wastes. This paper describes the physical and chemical properties of the solid wastes in the ferrochromium plant. In addition, the processes which can recovery or utilize the valuables in these wastes are also summarized.
