摘 要:提出了一种修改的基于内容的实时可伸缩H.264编码器,该技术适用于实时交通视频监控系统。在提出的方法中,首先对视频序列进行滤波,从而去掉噪音,之后从图像中首先提取运动区域,然后从运动区域中提取运动窗,大大提高了运算速度,然后使用零块的预先判决算法来加快其编码速度,最后根据运动窗的速度和大小将其分为快速运动窗、慢速运动窗和远处运动窗,根据其特点来分别降低其时间冗余度和空间冗余度,以便适合于实时传输。实验证明该方法与其他方法相比,其压缩率和编码时间都有较大提高,同时视觉质量也没有明显的下降,适合实时交通视频监控,另外提出的系统完全能够遵从H.264编码器标准,完全符合传统H.264解码器。In this paper, a modified H.264 encoder which supports real-time content-based scalable video coding is proposed. The proposed technique is applied to real-time video surveillance systems for road traffic monitoring. For the proposed approach, firstly, the sequence is filtered in order to filter the noise; secondly, the moving region is first ex- tracted from the steady background and then moving window are extracted from moving region; thirdly, their motion window is further classified as fast motion window or slow motion window or far motion window by assessing the ve- locity of their motion. Using Decision of all-zero blocks to speed up video encoders, the information is then passed to a modified H.264 encoder to reduce the temporal and spatial redundancies in the video. Comparing with other codec, the proposed system can significantly increase in compression rate and further improve encoding efficiency with negligible visual distortion. The proposed system can fully obey the ITU H.264 standard, and the encoded bit stream is completely comprehensible to the conventional H.264 decoder.
