摘　　要：我国现有的学生体育权利的制度中,宣言性、原则性、概括性的条款内容占很大的比例,我们只能从其法律原则和精神理念上理解,而可操作性不强,尤其是许多有关学生体育权利的法律、法规中,对侵犯了学生体育权利的法律责任不具体、不明确。保障学生体育权利的实现,要加强学校体育立法工作,加强对学校体育法制的宣传和科学研究工作,加强法律监督,提高全社会对学生体育权利问题的认识。In the contemporary Chinese sports right system, proclamatitory and general clauses account for most of the parts. The legal liability of violation of the students sports rights is not clearly defined. Consequently, the school sports legislation, the popularity and the researches of school sports laws, the legal supervision, the social awareness of the students should be strengthened.
