摘　　要：针对多条安全套生产线自动控制的要求,采用分布式结构设计了安全套生产线计算机群控系统,并初步研究了MES的设计问题。介绍了安全套生产的工艺要求、系统的控制方案和硬件、软件的设计。计算机群控系统由一个主节点和多个从节点组成,主节点监督和管理所有从节点,从节点测量和控制生产过程参数。制造执行系统实现了对生产过程的优化和调度。实际应用表明,整个系统性能稳定可靠,满足了生产要求,获得了良好的经济效益。For the automatic control requirements of many condom production lines in Qingdao Double Butterfly Group, the distributed control structure is adopted and the design of MES is researched initially in the computer group control systems for condom production lines. The technological requirements of the condom production and the control system scheme are presented. Hardware and software are designed. The group control systems consist of a master node and multiple slave nodes. The master node supervises and manages all the slave nodes. The slave nodes measure and control the process parameters. MES （Manufacturing Execution System） implements the optimization and dispatch of production processes. After putting into production, the whole system is proved to be stable and the requirements of production are met. It makes good economic benefits.
