摘 要:莲纤维是莲叶柄管状分子的离体次生壁,是一种新型天然纤维。为了对莲纤维的充分开发利用奠定理论基础,采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱等测试仪器初步探索了莲纤维的形态结构、超微结构及物质组成。研究结果表明:从莲叶柄中抽取的莲纤维是复丝,每根复丝由数根单丝并行排列组成,单丝细度约为4μm;莲纤维的横截面形态呈现近似圆形或卵圆形;在放大4万倍数下,可观察到纤维的巨原纤和原纤结构,其主要组成成分是纤维素等多糖类物质及木质素。As a natural fiber, Nelurnbo nucifera fiber is the isolated secondary wall elements. In order to lay the theoretical foundation for the development and utilizati era fiber, the composition and structure of Nelumbo nucifera fiber were investigated was extracted by hand from lotus leaf stalk. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) of leaf stalk tracheary on of Nelumbo nuci fsystematlca spectra of lly, which the fibers showed the main component of the fiber was cellulose due to its nature of the cellulosic fiber. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results disclosed that the fiber was of a kind of multifilaments with special structure and each one included several monofilaments with the diameter of about 4 μm. The cross-sectional view shows elliptical or slightly oval shape without lumen and the ultrastructure of the Nelumbo nucifera fiber was also studied by SEM.
